We are pleased to announce that James S. (“Jim”) Turley has joined our Board of Directors. Jim began his career at Ernst & Young in 1977 and rose to serve as its global Chairman and CEO from 2001 through 2013. He is currently on the Board of Directors of four publicly traded companies – Citigroup, Emerson, Northrup Grumman and Intrexon Corporation and one private company – Kohler Co. He is also the national Chairman of the Boys Scouts of America and is active on other charitable boards including the St. Louis MUNY Opera, Theatre Forward and Forest Park Forever. He is a Trustee Emeritus of Rice University.
