Ron Germán serves as Director of Client Development and Marketing at ArchBridge Family Office. He is responsible for new client growth, marketing leadership, and the development of ArchBridge’s network of centers of influence. Ron takes a relationship-focused and consultative approach to connect families with the firm’s independent, holistic wealth management, trust & estate, and family office services.

Prior to joining ArchBridge, Ron was a Global Client Solutions Director on the Private Client team at Cambridge Associates, where he worked with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on investment solutions and client development. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly nine years with State Street and Brown Brothers Harriman, managing and expanding client relationships across their Alternatives Fund Services businesses in the Americas. Ron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College, where he also played varsity squash.

Outside of work, Ron serves on the board of Summer Search Boston, an organization dedicated to igniting the potential of high school students from under-resourced communities through mentoring. Ron also enjoys participating in many sports, including golf, squash and cycling.
