Taylor Richards serves as a Manager at ArchBridge, where she works on efficiency initiatives and provides direct support to client teams. In her role, she focuses on streamlining internal processes and improving team operations. Taylor began her career at ArchBridge as a Coordinator in 2016 and later advanced through multiple roles before moving into her current position as Manager. Her experience across several levels of the organization gives her valuable insight into both team needs and system‑level improvements.
Prior to joining ArchBridge, Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from DePaul University. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, spending time with friends, and tending to her many houseplants.
