ArchBridge Family Office is pleased to announce that Ron Germán has joined the firm as Director of Client Development and Marketing.

In this newly expanded role, Ron will oversee the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, helping deepen relationships with centers of influence and other trusted advisors who serve ultra-high-net-worth families across the United States. He will also work closely with ArchBridge’s principals and subject matter experts to strengthen the firm’s brand, support thought leadership initiatives, and expand awareness of ArchBridge’s distinctive family office model.

Ron brings many years of experience serving ultra-high-net-worth families, institutional investors, and financial intermediaries. Prior to joining ArchBridge, he served on the Private Client team at Cambridge Associates, where he worked with wealthy families and family offices on investment solutions and client development. Earlier in his career, Ron spent nearly nine years with State Street and Brown Brothers Harriman, advising private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and alternative investment clients on back-office solutions.
