As our firm continues to grow in 2026, we are excited to introduce four new team members. Kelly Williams, Gabe Steinhart, Cam Martin, and LaShonda Milton-Burke each bring valuable experience, unique insights, and a shared commitment to excellence that will help us enhance the care and expertise we provide to our client families.

Kelly Williams | Client Service Manager

As a manager, Kelly partners with clients on charitable planning, family governance, trust and estate planning and administration, cash flow management, and strategic planning, helping families navigate complex financial and personal decisions with confidence. Before joining ArchBridge Family Office, Kelly worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, supporting the wealth management needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.

Gabe Steinhart | Investment Analyst

Gabe Steinhart serves as an Investment Analyst, supporting the firm’s investment team with research spanning public equity and fixed-income strategies, private investments, and market trends. Gabe recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Dayton and received his Securities Industries Essentials certification from FINRA during his time at school.

Cam Martin | Rotational Analyst

Cam joins our team as a Rotational Analyst, working alongside teams across the organization, supporting client service, operational initiatives, and strategic projects while building a comprehensive understanding of the family office industry. Cam graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in finance and legal studies. Prior to joining ArchBridge full-time, he worked as a summer intern, which reinforced his interest in financial services and inspired him to pursue the RAF position upon graduating.

LaShonda Milton-Burke | BillPay Associate           

LaShonda brings nearly 15 years of accounting operations and billing experience to her role as a Bill Pay Specialist, where she supports clients with day-to-day bill payment and financial administration. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Senior Billing Coordinator at Omnicom supporting high-volume billing operations and complex client accounts.
